I have a 1995 ford e350. Water is running down the firewall behind the heater core box. It seems to be worst at highway speeds. Checked the heater core box weathersrrip and replaced it. That seemed to stop it except at speed. Tightened the nuts that hold the box to the firewall at the bottom, may have slowed it some. Could the air pressure under the hood be pushing it back around the stubby little drain? Thought of trying a hose over the drain, but it's oval instead of round. Ford has to have a fix for this- maybe a hose to fit this odd shape?
Country: United StatesMake: FordModel: E350 Econoline Club WagonYear: 1995Engine: 5.8 Already Tried: Replaced weatherstrip inside heater box. Seemed to stop it from blowing out over the top. Tightened the nuts on the case where it attaches to firewall. Checked drain hole at rear of evaporator case under hood. It was clean. Seems to have slowed down a lot, but still coming in at firewall behind case at highway speeds and high fan setting.
