My 2002 f150 jerks when driving ,not all the time sometimes its fine.sitting there idleing sometimes it will quit but starts back up.check engine light comes on checked with hand held diagnostic code that comesup is p0320,ignition /distributor engine speed input circuit.don't know what could be problem?

Hello, this code usually comes back to an individual ignition coil (you have 8 coils). Each cylinder has a coil right on top of the spark plugs.
The trick is finding which one.
The best way is to have it run on a scanner or scope to see which cylinder is getting the intermittant bad spark.
A new aftermarket coil should not cost more than $60 each
