I own a 1999 ford taurus, 118.000 miles. In the morning4:00 am its cool and starts. It sits in parking lot at work and it gets up to 90 degrees outside it turns over but doesn't start. It starts fine when cool OUTSIDE up to 85 or 90 degrees.

We first need to establish what we're missing when it won't start; Check for a good spark at the plugs when cranking it and also heave a fuel pressure gage attached to the fuel rail to check the fuel pressure. Your not getting it Its starts in the morning when i go to work at 4 am. When it cool outside. Work all day come out to go home 90 degrees outside will not start. Plugs are fireing.
I'm getting it fine, you just now told me that it's missing spark, and that's what I wanted to know. Now, you need to check the CRANK sensor first seeing that this is the most common cause. Thanks, Ron
