I have had to deal with this a few times. You are going to have to remove the CD player and disassemble it. That is the only way to get CD's out of the 6 disc CD players when they are jammed.

how do i remove the cd changer and can it be repaired while disassembled

Expert:  MasterTech509 replied 2 years ago.
To remove the stereo you can see 2 holes on each side of the stereo. You will need ford din removal tools that go into the holes and release the stereo. Once the stereo is released you can pull it out and disconnect the wires from the back. Usually you can fix whatever the problem is inside the stereo if you can't you could get another oem stereo or get an aftermarket one up too you. Also you can usually get the din removal tools from any radio shop.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

where are the 2 hole located and what is a din tool, what does it look like

Expert:  MasterTech509 replied 2 years ago.
There are 2 holes on each side of the stereo. The removal tools look are u shaped and have hooks on the end. What you do is put the removal tool into the holes then push outward on them and pull them at the same time and the stereo will come right out.
