yes,, it has an alignment tab on the side that contacts the block so it hold in place by the one bolt. Correct
also, what does the pin on the back of the drive belt tensioner look like?
I cant remember is a pressed in roll pin on that year or just a small boss of aluminum as part of tensioner.

sorry for the delay. Thats the back of the tensioner. I do not see the bolt, The 2 stubs you see will line up in the front of engine after you get old tensioner off. Then you use the bolt from old tensioner to secure new one to engine. Once you have old one off, you will see 2 dimples where the 2 stubs line into to hold tensioner from moving after the bolt is in
