Someone put sugar in tank. was driven until pump stoped. i put in a new fuel pump. droped, cleaned tank, dried it. is running great, easy start ect. unable to put gas in tank. all lines were checked many times, nothing is pinched. gas overflowes on the ground. can only put in 3 cents at a time. it overflowes up the fill neck.

it sounds like your charcoal canister is restricted, causing
fuel tank not to be vented and this creating back pressure in the tank
The lines are not pinched but a rerstricted canister results in a similar effect. Thanks
