Lets start by verifing its firmly in park and or try your spare key. If that fails then use a jack and raise both front tires off the ground to relieve steering tension and try to turn the key again while wiggling the steering wheel. If that also fails then the lock cylinder tumblers are damaged and it has to be replaced. If you plan to fix this yourself and need help, please let me know.
