When you try to start the vehicle does the engine spin?

Have you checked for ignition spark and fuel injector pulse?

Have you tried starting the vehicle with about 10-20% throttle applied?

Does the theft light flash rapid while trying to start?

OK that means you have no fuel pressure since you have ruled these out. Have you checked the pressure and if so, what is it.
