Hello, Make sure the flange on the lid of the chassis filter is all the way against the housing. If the lid is not tightened all the way down, the pump will pump fuel back to the tank instead of up to the engine. If this is tight, the remove the lid from the topside engine mounted filter and turn on the key for 30 seconds or until fuel is flowing out the filter bowl. You can turn the key off and back on to cycle the pump another time if needed. If the pump won't fill the uper fuel bowl with fuel after 3 times of running the pump, then the pump is faulty. Thanks
