Hello and welcome to Just Answer! I will do my best to help you today. Do you mean the 12v power that goes to the trailer is out but all lights are ok?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
yes all lights work on truck. none to trailer plug
Expert:  Thomas replied 6 years ago.
Ok nothing at trailer tow connector works. Have you checked it with a test light or another trailer to make sure the problem is not in your trailer?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
tested with light no power.
Expert:  Thomas replied 6 years ago.

Ok i have been looking at the diagrams, I think the problem must be it your trailer tow connector on the back of the connector ( if it hasn't been replaced with another style) the harness plugs into the connector. I have had the clip break and the connector back off.

Here are the diagrams of the system.graphicgraphic
