Also the dome light stays on after exiting the car
check all the grounds
I am attaching the wiring diagram for the dome light circuit
I found the ground wire attached to the fender next to the battery was not tight. I tightened it but I still have the same symtoms. What next?
did you check the data circuits as mentioned in the test report I attached?
check battery cable connections
I am attaching the computer data digram make sure you have good continuity on the data circuits between the modules
