Mid mounted drivers side. Straps have been loosened, plan on lowering tank with floor jack. Seems there are several lines into tank other than fill lines. Is there enough slack in these lines to lower tank. What do I need to be careful of etc.

If the tank is full you will want to siphon some out through the filler neck. if the pump is faulty then there is no need to relieve the fuel pressure.Yes you can lower it a little to gain access the fuel lines and wiring, after you have disconnected the filler neck.
