YES I NEED A WIRING DIAGRAM AND I DO HAVE A VOLT METER & TEST LIGHT

Have you checked the red/yellow wire for power going into the shift control switch?

YES THERE IS NO POWER TO YELLOW OR ORANGE WIRE I CAN HOOKUP EXTERNAL POWER AND ACTIVATE TRANSFER CASE SHIFT MOTOR

Well, both of these wires come from the module. You will have to check the inputs to the module.

YES... it is. The 4wd module in the diagrams is in the middle of both diagrams.

The Electric Shift Control Module is located between the bottom of the Left Hand "B" pillar and the rear of the cab.
