2003 ford explorer: liter..module..door locks..the fuse and the relay

Resolved Question:

where is the 2003 ford explorer 4 liter GEM module? My windows won't role back up, there is no power for any of the window but the electric door locks work. We changed the fuse and the relay but and took the battery off for 10 minutes and that didn't fix the problem.

Hello and thank you for using Just Answer

there is a common problem with damaged wiring in the driver door jam

you need to check the blue/black wire for battery voltage with key on... also check the black for a good ground.. if you are missing power or ground open up the driver door jam harness and find the broken wire
