Hi, I am John Mc, a Ford dealer tech. I hope I can help you quickly and accurately. One moment while I work on your problem.

John Mc :

Usually this is caused by a frozen door lock actuator. You will need to remove the door panel and replace it. While you are there you will have to remove the latch. I also suggest replacing the latch as the door lock actuators usually damage the latch itself. A new latch is around $40 and an actuator is around $100.

John Mc :

This is a pretty common issue on these trucks.
