drained the fuel added new desiel fuel and changed the engine oil fuel filter and replaced the 3 comercial batteries (new) but the engine turns real slow and heavy.

you want to make sure oil and filter are changed tranny fluid changed and filter I would at least clean clean all connections to electrical componants. change all relays and fuses out.use electrical cleaner and compressed air on all connections. engine and tranny. Your glow pug system may give you fits so that may need replacing. I would add sea foam to engine and fuel and after 50 miles change all filters and fluids again. take starter off and spray with electrical cleaner and compressed air. get several cans of this. change power steering fluid and brake fluid just open the bleeders and pour in new fluid till you have new brake fluid coming out. after you get her running, put marvens mystery oil in with oil change. blow out vacum lines with compressed air.
