I will include instruction for both, there will be some overlap, you may want to print them. As far as the stud, they are pressed in, once you remove the old one the new one can be drawn in with a shim and flipping the lug nut around so that flat side goes on first. This is pretty simple stuff, the only obstacle will be the tool to collapse the piston back into the caliper, you can usually rent or borrow from Auto Zone with a deposit.
