The codes you list I have never seen and are not listed in the shop manual.
However the PCM on this vehicle is controlled by the PCM.Make sure you have power at the 2 red wires at the alternator.The big red one is the one with the in line fuse and the red one in the 3 wire connector is feed by fuse no.10(1 amp) in the under hood fuse panel.
If this is ok then check the alternator by cranking engine then holding rpm at 1500 for about 15 seconds or so to initialize the alternator.Then with a voltmeter hooked to the battery while engine is running disconnect the 3 wire connector from the alternator.You should read 13.5 volts plus or minus a couple of tenths.If you are reading say 14V or more or 13V or less you alternator is bad or at least will not work with this system.
If this is good then your problem will be either the other 2 wires in the 3 wire connector to the PCM or the PCM itself.
The 2 wires go to the connector on the left of the PCM and are pins 14(BU) and pin 15(GY).
