Hello and Welcome to Justanswer,

My name is XXXXX XXXXX I am here to try and assist your with your question.

Is the ABS light also coming on?

JACUSTOMER-ibwo723p- :

yes it was , I replaced the fuse and the abs light went off

Ron :

If the ABS light is staying off and the speed sensor is new I would suspect you may have a bad speedometer assembly as they share the signal, I would start with taking a scan tool that can read the data stream and see if you have a VSS signel, if so then your speedometer is likely bad.

Ron :

Be sure to check fuses #2 5A, #19 10A, and #29 5A (all in the interior fuse panel).

JACUSTOMER-ibwo723p- :

if the abs light was staying on what would be the next step

Ron :

The ABS and the Speedometer share the signal from the VSS, then you likely still have a problem with the VSS and or the connection to it.
