Hi this is lostrider, I need the build date of your truck, to give you the proper location of the security module, the code is printed on the label of the security module, the build date is on the label on the drivers door in the top left corner.

Thank you for the reply, there are 2 ways to get the number for the keyless entry pad, either you can visit the dealer and have them pull the code from the module or you can get it from the label on the security module, the security module on your truck is located behind the right side rear quarter trim panel, about level with the second row seat, here is the procedure to get to the module, hope this helps.

 

 

Rear Quarter Trim Panel

 

Removal and Installation

All vehicles/Left side shown, Right side similar.

  1. Remove the C-pillar trim panel.
  2. Remove the door scuff plate.
  3. Position aside the rear door opening weatherstrip.

Vehicles without third row seat

  1. If equipped, remove the luggage assembly cover.

    Remove the stowage compartment assembly.

  2. Position the carpet aside.

  2. Remove the brackets.
    • Remove the bolts.

  1. Remove the third row seat.

All vehicles

  1. Remove the D-pillar trim panel.

  2. Disconnect the power door lock electrical connector.

  2. Remove the liftgate door scuff plate.

  2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

There is no number or symbol in any of the places you showed me on the pic

The last picture is of the security module, there should be a white tag on the module(Label), the door code will be on that tag, its gonna be a 5 digit number. you may need to unbolt the module, the label may be on the back side.
