Ron :

Hello

Ron :

Your 1993 ignition switch is powered up on the yellow feed wire from the #8 60 amp fuse in the under hood fuse panel, start wth checking to see if its blown.

Ron :

The switch is the part you pull out to turn on the lights.

  • Disable airbag system as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
  • Disconnect battery ground cable.
  • Insert a hooked tool into headlight switch knob slot and remove spring tension on knob, then pull off.
  • Remove headlamp auto dimmer switch knob, if equipped.
  • Remove righthand and lefthand moldings from instrument panel by pulling away from instrument panel and snapping out of retainers.
  • Remove 12 finish panel retaining screws.
  • Remove finish panel, then the headlamp switch bracket retaining screws and bracket.
  • Remove switch to bracket retaining nut, then disconnect electrical connector and remove switch.
  • Reverse procedure to install. Rearm airbag as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING

Disreguard the instruction listed , this was meant to go to another answer but was a glitch, just check the 60 amp fuse and let me know, we can go from there.
