Where in a 2002 Explorer XLT, 4.0, is the valve to add freon, aprox where do you locate it on the engine
Optional Information: Year : 2003 Make : Ford Model: Exploer XLT Engine: 4.0 L Already Tried: I do not see a black or blue cap
Freon is added via the Low Side Service port. The refill can will only fit on the Low Side, as it is the smaller of the 2 ports. Locate the A/C compressor (see image) and follow the A/C line to the Right on the compressor up and back until you come to the Low Side Service Port.
