1999 Ranger 3.0 liter head bolt torque; Chilton and Alldata

Resolved Question:

1999 Ranger 3.0 liter head bolt torque;

Chilton and Alldata both give "59 fp, back off 1 turn, 37 fp, 68 fp", for both 1998 and 1999.

Alldata also (on one page only, one section only, for 1999), says these are TTY bolts, and gives "37 fp, back off 1 turn, 22 fp, 90 degrees, 90 degrees"

In July '98 they changes to TTYs, right? But neither of these sources makes note of that. They're not trying to confuse us, are they? Nah, that can't be it.

Anyway, I assume one of these is right and one isn't. So; which one is it?
It wouldn't matter so much I guess if I didn't have to throw away $50 worth of bolts if I get it wrong the first time...
