A restricted catalytic converter or faulty DPFE sensor allowing to much EGR flow will cause a EGR to blow out.

DPFE sensor what is this?
It is the first part in the EGR system which measures the exhaust gases. It is a rectangular item prior to the EGR valve attached to the same tube.
