Cranking is turning over. The starter works, but the theft light flashes, and there is no fuel pressure, correct?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
fuel pump is not coming on

The fact that the theft light is flashing means that the key is not being recognized, either from a defective/broken key chip, or a transceiver issue ( the transceiver is a ring around the ignition cylinder that recognizes the key and send the information to start to the module.) The earlier years of anti theft disabled the fuel pump and allowed the vehicle to crank. The newer years of anti-theft disable the starter and the vehicle will not crank. Do you have a spare key for this vehicle?
