hello if the theft light is flashing would it disable the fuel pump

A rapid flashing theft light will disable random different things depending the strategy for that model, it can disable the fuel pump or injectors or starter.

can you tell me whitch fuse controls the antitheft and where its located

You cant disable the antitheft by pulling a fuse.
