i have a 2004 ford f250 with a 60 diesel i have no turbo boost the tubor is good we thought it had low exhaust preasure but have corected that also have changed the vgt still no boost help

Have you had the turbo apart,as they were bad for getting rusty and sticking inside?
yes everthing looks good the plate turns easy by hand
Everything will look god and move free,but you need to check right where the pin for the actuator goes into the ring,as they will get a slight groove worn and this is enough to cause it to bind,and cause the problems you are seeing.
we took it to a dealer and they told us it was ok is there anything else it could be
Yes,a sticking EGR valve will cause the exact same symptoms,when the valve sticks open it dumps boost pressure from the exhaust turbine side and effects intake boost pressure.
