The light went out on my in dash clock on my 2008 Ford Fusion.

The light went out on my in dash clock on my 2008 Ford Fusion. Is this an item that I can replace myself? Is it a bulb or a fuse? If I can replace it myself, how would I go about doing that?

Hello and thank you for using Just Answer, I'm AL.

The back light in the clock is on the same power circuit as the instrument cluster back light. If the cluster lights up, the fuse and power supply is good. The back light is incorporated into the clock assembly, so there is no changeable bulb. The clock assembly will have to be replaced. Click HERE for a procedure that will help you replace it.

Best of luck
