Hello

There is a TSB (technical service bulletin) for you codes p061B and P2106 to have to pcm reprogrammed to the latest calibration. Code P0320 is related to erratic ignition concern and would need to be hooked up to a scanner to determine the cause.

FORD:2005 F-150

This article supersedes TSB 05-4-6 to update the Service Procedure.

ISSUE:

Some 2005 F-150 vehicles equipped with the 5.4L 3-valve engine and automatic transmission, built 8/23/2004 through 1/15/2005, may exhibit a malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) on with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P061B and/or P2106. This condition may occur during a cold start combined with a rapid transmission gear engagement.

ACTION:

Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration level using WDS release B35.4 or higher. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraft.com.

NOTE:THIS TSB SHOULD NOT BE PERFORMED IF BOTH P2106 AND P2135 ARE PRESENT TOGETHER. FOR VEHICLES BUILT 11/29/2004 AND PRIOR REFERENCE TSB 05-14-4. FOR VEHICLES BUILT 11/30/2004 AND LATER REFERENCE THE ONLINE VERSION OF THE PC/ED MANUAL
