Check the mass air flow sensor and try cleaning it out and recheck operation.
You can get build up inside the mass air flow sensor that can cause this problem. The mass air flow sensor probably isn't bad since there isn't any codes but it would be a good idea to clean it.
Also, use electrical cleaner something not too harsh. Damage to maf wires is pretty easy.

THE OLD PLUGS CENTER TIP WAS WORN MORE THAN NORMAL

LONG AND SHORT TERM FUEL TRIMS ARE -2

So it's running rich, check the fuel pressure to see if it's high. If it is suspect a fuel pressure regulator. This can also cause a p0420 (CAT EFF) to set.

TAPED A FUEL GAUGE TO WINDOW AND BEFOR AND AFTER NEW FUEL PUMP.

FUEL PSI WAS LOW WITH OLD PUMP AND IN SPEC WITH NEW PUMP APPROXXXXXXTEST.

 

REMEMBER NO CODES IN CONTINOUS,KOEO,AND KOER.

YES IT HELD WITH BOTH PUMPS ALSO HAD FUEL RAIL OUT TO CHECK FOR LEAKING INJECTORS UNDER PSI
