Are all the brake lights out, or is the center mount lamp still working?

ok. Sounds like you're going to need to replace the Brake Light Switch. This switch is located at the top of the brake pedal arm, under the driver's side dash.

  • Disconnect the stoplamp switch electrical connector.
  • Remove the retainer.
  • Remove the pin.
  • Remove the stoplamp switch.
  • To install, reverse the removal procedure.
