95 Ford Ranger: my dash lights and park/running lights..Fuses..die

This answer was rated:

95 Ford Ranger - lost my dash lights and park/running lights. Fuses die within seconds when replaced. Cursing hasn't helped.
So you are getting blown fuses as well? What numbers? 25? 29?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Just one blown fuse - #3 ( 15 amp)
what engine size?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
6 cyl, 3.0
First remove the power saver relay and see if the fuse still blow. Also try this with the park lamps relay.

SOunds right - I understand that the parking lamp relay going out will take out the dash/park lamps. Where are these two chump relays located? My Haynes manual is pretty %$^#ing fuzzy on the subject. Is this a part I can get at Autozone or some such?
You should be able to. I will give you the wiring diagrams I am looking at as well. Maybe mitchell can help better than Haynes. First the park lamp relay.graphic
