Your 1999 dosnt have a distributor but instead a coil pack.

once i follow information my check engine light should go off then because the code read was(P0302)which is #2 cyclinder misfire right which should mean problem solved or not

Yes that would be #2 cylinder, if the spark plug is good and the spark plug wire as well and you have good compression on that cylinder. Takes all three to fire each cylinder.
