hello there,

The most common concern on these shift on the fly systems is the shift motor, It is located on the rear of the transfer case. Have someone help you, crawl under the truck with a small hammer and tap lightly to med while someone switches the 4 wheel on. If you hear it engage now, that is your problem. The motor may work again, it may not. It will work longer if you engage it periodically. If does not result in it working you will need to check for 12v going across the motor wires. Of course if there is 12 v there you still need a motor. If there is not 12v, Check all the fuses inside and under the hood, then reply back for more instructions. Glenn
