Replace the broken pulley and isntall the drive belt as described below:
1. Rotate automatic drive belt tensioner away from drive belt.

- On 3.8L SFI engines, lift drive belt tensioner pulley by applying counterclockwise torque to pulley bolt with wrench and socket.

2. Remove drive belts.

3. Install drive belt over pulleys through appropriate drive belt routing as shown in the illustration. Make sure that all V-grooves make proper contact with the pulleys .
