How do you fix the volume control problem with Ford Radios? I have a 2002 F250 and a 2004 Ford sportrac and both vehicles have the problem with volume control not working correct.

The volume control is one of the many ongoing issues with Fords radios, Unfortunately, the problem is internal and the fix is, you will need to return the unit to the dealer and they send them in for the repair. Often times ,the repair is more costly than a quality replacement after market radio.
