Manual controls with 3 dials on panel. Trying to remove dash board but will not give I have a lot of little screws most of them from the driver side.

Thanks for using Just Answer, the most common cause of the problem you are having is a defective Blend door actuator, that is was is making the clicking sound. I am sending you directions on how to replace, hope this helps you out.

 

 

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the instrument panel.
  2. Remove the 2 LH floor duct screws.
  3. Remove the LH floor duct.
  4. Remove the 3 LH temperature blend door actuator screws
  5. Disconnect the LH temperature blend door actuator electrical connector.
  6. Remove the LH temperature blend door actuator.
  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
