Hello, I am John, a Ford dealer technician.

I hope I can help solve your problem quickly and accurately.

I am going to post instructions on how to do this. You are going to need a ps pulley puller/installer which you can get on loan from autozone or advance.

Remove the drive belt. For additional additional information, refer to Pulley — CIII

Do you have this info?

Will my NAPA auto parts store have the additional tools necessary to pull and do the "Teflon Seal Replacer Set" 211-D027 (D90P-3517-A), ??

Yes they will and you do have to have it to remove and install the pulley. In some stores , they rent it and you wont need to buy it.

Teflon Seal Replacer Set 211-D027 (D90P-3517-A) this Teflon Seal Relacer, is this something we can rent also?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Ronnie,

Approx. how much should all the parts be to purchase from Auto parts store?
Last time I talked to parts person he talked about Core replacement?
What do you know about this?

No if you are just replacing the pump you will not need them. The seal will slid on if you are careful.

The core will be your old one, once you return the old pump you will get credit for this charge. The new pump runs about #138.00 but a reman may be slightly cheeper.
