HelloCustomer the only true test on fuse 1.7 on the attached illustration is #1 visual, then remove the fuse and connect both terminals to the leads of an ohm meter and test for continuity. As the illustration has a misprint, it is in one of the two locations indicated in yellow. The fuse that is high lit in green can be tested with a conventional 12 volt test light. Both of these fuses are used to engage the a/c clutch. one for the relay, and one for the clutch coil.
