how to replace engine oil cooler hose on 1998 ford crown victoria 4.6 liter?
the oil dripping from the hose, so, let me know how to take it off.

Hi, you must first remove the lines at the oil filter adapter, I will post a diagram below. once the oil lines are loose here you must remve them from the oil cooler. Then snake the lines out and reinstall .timgraphic

How to remove the clips/c-clamps that hold the hose in place, is there any bolts/screw that needs to be remove?

on the oil filter adapter there should be one bolt going through the bracket that holds the lines on. at the cooler they should be seperate lines and they should be held on with a spring clip. these require a special tool to remove, but places like autozone will loan you the tool with a small depoasit.Tim
