2008 Ford F350: anti-theft..disarm..crank..alarm

I have a 2008 Ford F350 with anti-theft. I need to know how to disarm it once it is activated. The ingition works, however the engine will not crank and the alarm activation light remains on.

I have tried using the remote to unlock and relock. I have tried both keys in the ignition neither work. I have set off the panic button and turned it off, still nothing. No idea what happened however. I do have a remote start on the truck as well.

There might be a communcation problem with the remote start with the computer or the

 

transcevier went bad on the key cylinder.I want you to remove both batteries for 15 mins

 

to reset system.This might clear up the error.

Ok this part really sucks because you are going to have to take it to the ford dealership for instrument cluster and key reprogramming.Some how the key cylinder lost communcation with the keys.I was hoping the battery disconnect would work.Again i am sorry but this is the next step in fixing truck
