Hello , your upper (plastic intake manifold will need to be removed to access those three plugs.
Remove the pin-type retainers and the accelerator cable splash shieldDisconnect the accelerator cable, the cruise control cable and the throttle return spring.Remove the bolts and position the bracket and cables asideDisconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor and the idle air control (IAC) valve electrical connectors. Detach the harness retainer from the throttle body stud bolt.Disconnect the heated throttle body coolant tubesDisconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hoseDisconnect the vacuum supply hoseDisconnect the brake booster and evaporative emissions (EVAP) vacuum hoses.Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve. Disconnect the vacuum hose.Remove the nuts.Remove the bolts.Remove the EGR valve.Remove the EGR vacuum regulator (EVR) valve. Disconnect the vacuum hose.Disconnect the electrical connector.Remove the bolts.Remove the valve.Remove the eight bolts and the upper intake manifold. Remove and discard the gaskets.Clean all mating surfaces.Installation
Position new gaskets in the upper intake manifold.Position the upper intake manifold and install the bolts in the sequence shown.
