2004 f250: resovoir,thermostat,fan clutch,sending unit..crank

working on a 2004 f250 6.0l.truck running hot .replaced resovoir,thermostat,fan clutch,sending unit,egr part.put together after egr replace ment can not get it to crank.we have another truck same model we compared it to.the only thing we found different is the oil filter is not filling up as fast the other.why is it not cranking?

It wont crank or it wont start but turns over fine?

last night we foud the problem.a bolt got between crank shaft pulley and high pressure oil pump housing.broke the housing,that explained the the oil filter housing not filling up like it should.stupid mistake.but i appreciate your response very much.thanks ,G. UNIT

Sorry to hear that,but glad you found it.Tha was were I was going to tell you to look,as the relief valve in the front pump will somtimes stick and then the pump will just bypass and not pump oil up to the filter.
