The turbine speed sensor is attached to the center support internally in the transmisson. To access you need to disassemble the trans.

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Is the input turbine speed sensor accessable once transmission is removed ie inside the bell housing or actually in the transmission?
Expert:  Tim replied 7 years ago.
Actually inside the trans you need to disassemble the trans to get to it. The bellhousing and overdrive assembly need to come out.

That sounds like a possible TSS failure. Check and make sure the wiring is good and tight first.
