The blower motor resistor is located under the glove box in the AC/Heater box.

We are not talking blower motor. I have removed the engine cooling fan shroud, on the bottom left corner of the shroud there is a plug that goes into the cooling fan resister. This resistor controls the cooling fan which keeps the car from running hot. I have changed all the other sensors and relays.

Im sorry I thought you where talking about the blower motor resistor. You must be talking about the dropping resistor. Try this picture.
