Resolved Question:

I have a 2002 F250 4x4 Turbo Diesel and the GEM Module needs to be replaced. I purchased one from the Ford dealership but cant seem to find it to replace. I was told it is behind the fuse box under the dash but i dont see it. Anyone replace one before??

Hi Peters, it bolted to the back of the fuse box. you must remove to see/replace it.
hope this helps Tim

I unbolted the fuse box by the four bolts and the fuse box was able to be pulled down a bit but I still saw no gem module like the one I am looking for. Is it inside the fuse box? It does not look as if it could or would fit.

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
The door electric locks, the radio stays on after I turn off the engine and the door ajar light is always on. I got the gem module from a dealership.... wouldn't they know if it had one or not? Could it be in a different location?
