2002 f350: a cruise control that does not engage..cluster..relay

I have a 2002 f350 with a cruise control that does not engage. The indicator light on the insrument cluster flashes when i press the button, but does not lock on. Is there a relay that might be burnt out?

The most common fault which fits the exact same scenario you have occuring is a faulty brake pressure switch on the end of the brake master cylinder. This part also had a recall on it so you may find a harness attached to it which may have a blown fuse if this switch is leaking brake fluid.
