1999 Ford Expedition: I cannot manually engage 4wd..dash

Resolved Question:

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition. I cannot manually engage 4wd when I turn the switch on the dash from A4WD to 4H or 4L. When I turn the switch, nothing happens. The 4wd light does not come on or flash. 4WD does, however, engage automatically when driving on snow & ice. I have replaced the transfer case shift motor. (Prior to replacing the motor, even the automatic 4WD was not working)

Here is the pinpoint test and below are the diagrams

It looks like a number of tests require a NGS Tester, something I don't have access to. I will start going through the diagnostics I can do with my multitester on Saturday. (I didn't expect to get feedback so fast) Thanks!

Your welcome, if this has helped please do hit accept, which means you can still reply. Yes there are many tests with a scan tool. Those are there since the vehicle can tell you alot about whats wrong and give you a head start. In the event a reply is needed I am online every evening.
