No just the instrument panel lights
Soory for the delay, The internet was down on my end. Unfortunatlly it sounds like you have a Instrument Cluster printed circuit board bad. This means the entire cluster will need replacing. To confirm this diagnosis, A volt meter will need to be used to check for volatge on a wire. If you have a volt meter and would like to attempt this step yourself, Please let me know.

Yes I have a meter I can test it can you provide a part # XXXXX for the Board.
THANKS

Ok, Well I did some searching around and found a second test that was hidden at the time that you can do. You may only have a bad headlamp switch.

Below I have the test for you:

Do not click on the blue letters as they will not allow you to acess that material.

To remove the headlamp switch, There should be 2 slots on the sides of the switch, You just need a flat screwdriver to remove the switch.

If you need any further help, Please let me know.
