Still un sure. They say it's under the drivers seat but where under the carpet? Is there a fuse to it that may be blown?

Are you talking about power to the pump?

Have you actually checked for power at the fuel pump when cranking?

NO THE FUEL PUMP IS IN THE TANK

Correct.

You should be able to check power going to it by piercing the power wire that goes to the top of the tank to power the fuel pump.

You should not have to drop the tank for this.
